The plan for this store has been in the works for over 20 years! This MizzFitt had to support a military family first! There were many attempts and name changes along the way until one day, MizzFitts Fun Finds just stuck!
Why name it MizzFitts Fun Finds instead of Misfit's Fun Finds? To protect and respect Intellectual Property Rights.

Why now? Why during a recession ? What makes MizzFitts Fun Finds any different from any other store? How can you compete with major competitors like Amazon, Walmart, Spencer's, Hot Topic, GameStop, etc. ?
Why Now? Why try opening a store during a recession?
Why not now? Not to mention I have lived through 6 recessions and we always make a comeback! Learn from your history! No better time than now!
Finding fun is not just about finding things, but finding what brings joy. To be able to share that joy with the people you love and care about is priceless. My father used to say, " I forget my remembers. " I know it is not wise to have a bunch of "stuff" , but sometimes that "stuff" can help you remember some of the good times that your memory forgot until you see it. A movie, a show, a song, a favorite character once shared with someone you love. Even though those memories should be held in the heart and mind, sometimes people forget those remembers until it is seen. Then those memories flood in.
What makes MizzFitts Fun Finds any different from any other store?
Truth ? It is not. Of course I want to make money. I do not want to get rich, but I do want the freedom to be able to travel and see my Misfit offspring, family, and friends that is all over the USA. I believe there are a handful of things that I will do a little differently from what I have experienced.
Things like :
- Not choosing random "crap" just to sell you "stuff".
- Asking YOU what you would like me to sell in my store and doing my best to obtain the rights to get it. If not, give you the information on where to get it.
- NO END DATE BUYBACK POLICY
- Respecting your Privacy Rights and helping you to understand Cookies! I will never SELL your information. The ONLY information that will be collected is enough to send you your order, provide you with updates, send you FREE stuff, and the occasional information about new fun finds coming! I will modify the Privacy Policy to explain things better in time.
- Respecting Intellectual Property Rights and making sure I have the rights to sell licensed collectible fun finds going through all the "Red Tape."
- I will share my fun find stories with you here in this blog.
- Help to promote and support other businesses by featuring their brand names in my collections or doing a write up as a favorite Fun Find!

I cannot compete and nor will I try. I too love all those stores! Fast shipping. Endless supply of all kinds of fun stuff. Who can compete? Not me. BUT...I will try to FIND FUN things that are hard to find in those stores. My Misfit collection will be a little different and FUN !
