Include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number or Product Description
  • Date of Purchase. If you have forgotten your remembers, an estimate will do.
  • What happened? If something is broken or not quite right, a picture will help us solve this plight.

Note: If sending an email , please include NO FUN in the subject line. For your security, please do not include any credit card or billing information in the email.

Let a misfit take it from there! You will receive an email reply or phone call with further instructions depending on your unique situation.

  • Lost (10 days) – We will track your order and give you updates. If lost for more than 10 days , we will send a replacement or offer a full refund.
  • Wrong Item (45 Days) – On the house! Give it to someone you think might like it and we will send the right item to you ASAP. This will be done after proper investigation. 
  • Broken (45 Days) – No worries about sending the item back. We can offer a full refund, replacement, or something different that caught your attention, or maybe something else we neglected to mention?
  • Wrong Size (45 Days) – We will email you a prepaid return label. Once we confirm the return is on the way, the right size will be shipped to you. 
  • Not Quite Right (Infinite) – We LOVE our misfits. If it is not quite right, it might be right for someone else. We will buy it back from you! There is always a home for misfits at MIZZFITTS FUN FINDS. We offer a NO END DATE BUYBACK option. Please check out our NO END DATE BUYBACK POLICY. 

Note: The BUYBACK offer does not include pillows, blankets, hats, socks, or shoes. Other garments of clothing, plush, or material may be accepted depending on condition.
